Mo and his team were fantastic.Mo came to us onsite to discuss the options for our complex and then made it happen without any issues. He was on time, did exactly as quoted and he made sure everything was completed in the time frame so all residents weren’t inconvenienced. We have known Ur Next for over 4 years since they have been in business.We have always engaged Ur Next for jobs that have either been too big, for a demanding client or in food recovery emergencies. No job is too small or too big.No matter what time, Ur Next answers our beaconing calls. Great, honest customer service with peace of mind.Our Most notably experiences have been:-2018 - a water pipe burst in The Myer Centre food court which had flooded down to the 5 levels of underground carpark. Also the grease trap overflowed which made the carpark surfaces slippery and a liability risk to the public. With Ur Next, we had a clean, safe, hygienic car park smelling like roses and zero slip incidents.2021 - post construction cleaning of the whole carpark at Midtown Centre. Our client required this to be cleaned for a VIP inspection the next day, early morning. We entrusted Ur Next with this mission impossible. The next day = “WOW”. At short notice and with the high level of quality cleaning of a car park literally full of concrete dust and builders debris, what happy clients we were on both sides.Ur Next puts you at ease knowing the job will be completed to the highest level and on time. Mo and the team did sweeping, scrubbing, high pressure cleaning, and removing oil stains, and as a result, the car park looks clean and refreshed after the cleaning.
